Who we are
GigaCarbon Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16597413. Our registered office is Flat 38 Royal Belgrave House, Hugh Street, London, England, SW1V 1RR. You can view the official Companies House record.
Information the current site handles
The current GigaCarbon website has no contact form, account system or first-party analytics code. The Evidence Demo uses synthetic example records and does not ask you to submit information.
You may choose to contact us by email. In that case we receive your email address and whatever information, messages or attachments you send. Do not send operational records before an appropriate handling method has been agreed.
Like most websites, the hosting provider and content-delivery services may receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, time and referring page. The identity and logging settings of the current hosting provider have not been documented in this repository.
Why we use it
- To deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- To respond when someone contacts us.
The legal bases applied to each processing activity have not been documented in this static website repository and should be confirmed before any new collection or review workflow is introduced.
Service providers and transfers
The current site uses an unidentified website hosting provider, jsDelivr to deliver the Motion animation library on the homepage, and the email providers used by you and GigaCarbon when you send email. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms.
The locations in which all providers process data, and the transfer safeguards that may apply, have not been verified from the repository. We therefore do not claim that information remains only in the United Kingdom.
Cookies and similar storage
The GigaCarbon website code does not set first-party cookies or use first-party analytics. No cookie or consent-management system is implemented on the current site.
Sharing and retention
Information may be handled by the service providers described above and may be disclosed where required by law.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received and for applicable legal, accounting or security needs. A fixed deletion schedule has not been verified or implemented in this website repository.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights to ask for access to or correction of your personal information, and to request erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. These rights are not absolute. To ask a question or make a request, email contact@5ceco.com. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Updates
We may update this policy when the site or our handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
